Some people are ambitious when it comes to goal-setting, but they simply don’t have the “nuts and bolts” know how.
Others have a pretty good idea, but they get distracted by “bright shiny objects” and get distracted.
There are actually five major pieces to implementing YOUR goals
Number one, you need to know what to do. You simply need to have the specific knowledge to accomplish.
Number two you need to know how to do it. Just because you have a vague idea or a general idea…
God is in the details.
This is the difference between an amateur and an expert.
An expert like me, has been creating systems for 30 years.
I’ve got to teach 30 years of my learning that in about 90 days. to a year.
I know the nuances that will make or break you.
Number three, you need access to resources that will leverage your effort.
You may have an F-16 fighter jet, but if you don’t have gas to put in the tank, you are going to need to walk, or take the bus. What you lack in resources you can make up in resourcefullness.
You simply need the resources to leverage your efforts, so you can get the biggest bang for the energy.
Number four, you need feedback, both positive and negative you need to know when to take action, and stop being a perfectionist.
You also need negative feedback to know that what you’re doing is good, but it can be better.
Maybe it’s missing some important pieces. So you need both positive and negative feedback.
And Number five, you need accountability. You need to have integrity. You need to do what you say you’re going to do when you say you’re going to do it.
You need to keep your word. If you don’t keep your word , it will take you forever to build any kind of positive reputation, or build any effective system.
The coach, a good coach, will hold you accountable.
Your coach is your best friend, and your worst nightmare.
When people hire me people love me because I teach them the real stuff I show them the nuances of how to do it. I direct them towards the resources that are most appropriate for their situation.
I give them both positive, and negative feedback, in a nurturous way.
As a coach, I am your best friend, but I am also your worst nightmare…
Because I make you do what you are supposed to do, even when you don’t feel like doing it.
When I kick your ass to implement, you will achieve the amazing results on the other side.
That’s another reason why I am a world-class coach.
